(assistant) grillmaster

The grillmaster at The Roastary occupies a central position in our organization. After all, the grillmaster is the linchpin in the preparation of our grilled Hubbard star chicken. His knowledge, dedication, attention to the process and love for the chicken is necessary for the Roastary to ensure super quality.

But not only for the chicken. For example, our daily freshly prepared salads oer fries or potato wedges, pulled chicken sandwiches and whatnot also need our grillmaster's attention. And in doing so, The Roastary always wants to stay in development and a lot of attention is paid to new recipes.

Our store in Amstelveen is open 6 days a week. On Mondays we are out with the chickens. From Tuesday to Sunday the store is open from 16.00 - 20.00. Besides the store, the Roastary is also active at local events and provides top quality complete BBQs, among other things.

Profile and job content grillmaster or assistant grillmaster:
- responsible for the daily operations of our chicken coop;
- preferably trained as SVH basic chef and/or SVH independent cook;
- taking care of the grilling of our super delicious chickens;
- helping to shape and develop the creative process;
- monitoring the quality of our products; knowledge of HACCP is a must;
- planning and supervising employees;
- taking care of correct handling of order procedures;
- representative and well-groomed appearance;
- You are customer and supplier friendly;
- You are flexible, accurate and have an eye for detail;
- hands-on mentality: don't bullshit but clean up;
- Want to be part of a formula that wants to grow to multiple locations;
- be available between 15 - 21 hours;
- open 6 days a week, so part-time is possible;
- live in or near Amstelveen.
