After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It may end up in your SPAM folder. If you have not received a confirmation we kindly ask you to contact us to make sure the order has arrived.
The days and times our take-away service is operational vary by Roastary location. During your order, you can indicate what time you would like to come for take-out or have your meal delivered. Of course you are always welcome for a spontaneous visit to one of our locations. But the earlier you order the less waiting time you will have.
We always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. On Sundays and holidays this may take a little longer due to crowds. For security reasons, we do not pay for delivery at the door. For our TOK TOK delivery service we are unfortunately forced to charge delivery costs. Per zip code area, these costs may vary.
In Amstelveen we deliver ourselves. In Amsterdam we do not deliver for the time being. There we are using Uber delivery drivers.
In addition to our own delivery service, The Roastary also uses the services of Uber and Thuisbezorgd. Of course we prefer that you order directly through our own websites, because this saves quite a lot of commission on what we have to pay per order.
We would like to make you aware that all orders and also all payments also go through these platforms. We have absolutely no influence on this. So if something unexpectedly goes wrong, you should contact the platform through which you order.
